Frances C. Hayes, 71, of the 2400 block of Bayview Ave., died Jan. 30, 1996, in Virginia Beach Hospital.
Mrs. Hayes, a native of Stoneville, N.C., was a member of Bayside Christian Church for more than 30 years. She was a member of the Faith Circle of the church.
Survivors include her husband, Clyde D. Hayes; a son, Scott D. Hayes of Virginia Beach; two sisters, Mary C. Smith of Stoneville and Louise McCollum of Whispering Pines, N.C.; and three grandchildren, Tiffany Marie Hayes, Jason Scott Hayes and Charles Dean Hayes, all of Virginia Beach.
The funeral will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel, by the Rev. Raymond B. Good and the Rev. Larry Reesman III. Burial will be in Rosewood Memorial Park. The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m. Friday. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Bayside Christian Church, 2224 Greenwell Road, Virginia Beach, Va. 23455.
