Edith Spivey Ralph, 87, of the 4775 Bridge Road, died Jan. 29, 1996 in Maryview Medical Center.
She was born in Chowan County, N.C., and was the widow of Dallie Victor Ralph. She was a member of Eureka Baptist Church.
She was predeceased by a daughter, Dallas R. Everly. Survivors include one sister, Jessie S. Pierce of Smithfield; one brother, J.B. Spivey of Suffolk; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held today at 11 a.m. in Eureka Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Ronald R. Rice presiding.
