ALICE R. WEINDEL

Alice R. ``Brandy'' Weindel, 60, of the 500 block of Water Oak Road, died Jan. 31, 1996, in her residence.

She was a hairdresser at Little Creek Amphibious Base for 18 years. She was a native of Williamston, N.C.

Survivors include a daughter, Frances Anne Isaacs of Virginia Beach; two sons, John Joseph Weindel of Virginia Beach, Michael Anthony Weindel of Richmond, Va.; six sisters, Beulah Sadler of Williamston, Mae Babb of Chesapeake, Viola Matejcek and Ollie Askew, both of Virginia Beach, Janie Protzman of Morgantown, W.Va., Christine Nooney of Williamston; a brother, Albert Earl Roberson of Williamston; and three grandchildren, John Joseph Weindel, Robert Bryan Isaacs, and Jonathan Edward Isaacs, all of Virginia Beach.

The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Lynnhaven Chapel, by Chaplain Kenneth A. Askew. Burial will be in Rosewood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m. Friday.
