Willie F. ``Frankie'' Clemons Jr., 26, of 209 Printers Place, departed this life on Sunday, Jan. 28, 1996, in Norfolk.
Frankie was a native of Norfolk. At an early age he joined New Calvary Baptist Church. He was formerly employed by Lindsey Brothers Inc. He was the beloved son of Willie F. Clemons Sr. and Delores Brown Clemons.
Survivors include a sister, Bethany Y. Clemons of Chesapeake; grandparents, James and Doris Spencer and Allen Clemons Sr. of Norfolk; great-grandmothers, Esther Smith of Norfolk and Ella Mae Spencer of North Carolina; two nieces, Brooke and Bryah Clemons of Chesapeake; a godsister, Tanya Platt of Chesapeake; a special cousin, Ronald Holloman of Newport News; his best buddy, Anthony Shields of Virginia Beach; and a host of other relatives and friends.
A homegoing celebration will be held at noon Saturday at New Calvary Baptist Church, Norfolk. Interment will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at 209 Printers Place. Hale Funeral Home is in charge.
