Marjorie Clark Lamb, 72, of the 1500 block of Wilson Road, died Jan. 31, 1996.
She was a retired cafeteria worker for the Norfolk Public School System where she had worked for 10 years. She was a native of Norfolk and was the widow of Mack C. Lamb.
She is survived by two daughters, Joycelyn McHerrin and Deborah Boyce, both of Hampton; seven sons, Alfred Lamb of Cincinnati, Ohio, Robert M. Lamb, Steven Lamb, Ricardo Lamb, Timothy Lamb, Evette Lamb, all of Norfolk and Eric Lamb of Philadelphia; 29 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, Ida and Robert Clark.
A funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday by Dr. G.L. Scott in St. Thomas AMEZ Church. Burial is in Roosevelt Memorial Park. The family will be receiving friends at 1900 Montclair Ave., Norfolk. Pretlow and Sons' Funeral Home, Chesapeake, is in charge.
