A Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court judge sent the charges - two counts of indecent liberties with a minor - to a grand jury during a preliminary hearing Tuesday.

Hill, 45, is accused of touching an 8-year-old in September and a 13-year-old in October.

He also faces a preliminary hearing this month on five more charges for allegedly touching four other girls whose parents were church members.
