Two more candidates filed Thursday for the Dare County Board of Commissioners, assuring that there will be runoffs in the May 7 primary for all four seats open.
The latest to file were Jack Quigley, a Buxton Democrat, and Bill Stover, a Kill Devil Hills Republican, said Linda Midgett, director of the board of elections.
Quigley will face incumbent Mac Midgett of Rodanthe in the Democratic primary for the 4th district seat. Stover will run against Steve Sawin of Kill Devil Hills in the Republican primary in the 2nd district.
Republicans and Democrats also will have runoffs in the 3rd district, and a Democratic runoff is set in the 1st district.
Deadline for filing is noon Monday.
