Frank D. Peebles Jr., a longtime resident of Virginia Beach, departed from this life in the early morning hour of Thursday, Feb. 1, 1996.
He was born in Alexandria, Va. He was a retired business owner of Handyman Builders & Repairs, Inc.
He is survived by his wife, Judi Peebles; two sons, Steve Peebles of California and Kevin Peebles of Virginia Beach; one daughter, Cathy Edwards of Virginia Beach; his father and mother, Rev. Ralph Stalter and Pauline Stalter of Virginia Beach; one grandson; and five granddaughters.
A memorial service will be held in the near future, but yet, undetermined time. Goodbye love until we meet again. Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel, is handling arrangements.
