JEROME ANDREW

Jerome ``Bone Head'' Andrew, 45, of the 1300 block of Tanner Creek Drive, died Jan. 31, 1996, in Sentara Norfolk General.

He was a truck driver for D.D. Jones and a native of Norfolk County. He was a former member of Mt. Gilead Baptist Church, Norfolk.

He is survived by a daughter, Woodrina Layton; son, D-Andrea Griffin; parents, Doris Edelen and Leon Small, both of Norfolk; two stepsisters, Kathie Small and Yolanda Small; step- grandmother, Mrs. Louise Edward of Norfolk; grandchildren, Taylor Andrews, Marissa Layton, Dee-Vee Layton; special cousin, James M. Andrews; special, special friend, Gloria Amos; special childhood friend, Ramont Jackson; and a host of relatives and friends.

A funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday by Dr. Raymond Dean in Mt. Gilead Baptist Church, Norfolk. Burial is in Roosevelt Memorial Park, Chesapeake. The family will be receiving friends and relatives at the home and will assemble there at noon for the procession to the church. Visitation will be today from noon to 8 p.m. The family will receive friends and relatives at the funeral home Monday from 7 to 8 p.m. E.A. Hughes Funeral Home Inc. in charge of the arrangements.
