Harrison ``Harry'' Mitchell Carr, 93, of the 21000 Garrison Drive, died Feb. 2, 1996, in Louise Obici Hospital.
Mr. Carr, a native of Isle of Wight, was a retired farmer. He was a member of Central Hill Baptist Church and served as a deacon. He was an honorary member of the Windsor Ruritan Club.
Survivors include a daughter, Minnie Ann Carr Crocker and son-in-law, Rev. James B. Crocker of Windsor; two granddaughters, Debra Crocker Perry of Smithfield, wife of George Nurney, and Mary Sue MacKenzie of Chesapeake, wife of James D. MacKenzie.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday in Central Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Mark R. Buckner and Rev. John McQuarry officiating. Burial will follow in Central Hill Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2 to 3:30 p.m. today at the church. The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Central Hill Baptist Church Building Fund, c/o Ollie Logan, 14200 Raynor Road, Ivor, Va. 23866. Colonial Funeral Home, Smithfield is handling arrangements.
