Minnie E. Hodge, 95, of the 700 block of Craig St., died Feb. 2, 1996 in her home.
Mrs. Hodge was born in Franklin County, N.C., and was a member of New St. Mark Holiness Church for over 75 years. She was the widow of Umphs Hodge. She was also preceded in death by three daughters, Roberta Perry, Ruth Mae Sessoms and Helen Hodge.
Survivors include a son, Leroy Hodge and his wife, Alease Hodge of Chesapeake; 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and a host of loving relatives and friends.
The funeral will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in New St. Mark Holiness Church with Bishop Henry D. Hedgepeth officiating. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. The family will be at the residence. Pretlow & Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake is handling arrangements.
