Mary Agnes Girod, 55, of the 400 block of Grenfell Ave., died Feb. 3, 1996, in Norfolk.
Mrs. Girod, a native of Princess Anne County, is survived by her husband, Edwin L. Girod Jr. of Virginia Beach; two daughters, Mary C. Groves of Norfolk and Susan O. White of Murfreesboro, N.C.; a son, Lovette C. Sykes of Waverly, Va.; a sister, Katherine Morosi of Charleston, S.C.; and five grandchildren, Nancy S. Hinkel, Mark W. Groves, Christopher M. Groves, Melissa M. White and Valerie M. Sykes.
A graveside service will be held at noon Monday in Colonial Grove Memorial Park. The family will be at 413 Grenfell Ave., Virginia Beach. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel, is handling arrangements.
