Henry Irving Davis, 89, died Feb. 3, 1996.
He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Carrie Adams Davis; four daughters and sons-in-law, including Carolyn Lee and William D. Wood; 10 grandchildren, including Will and Jonathan Wood; 17 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and one sister.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in Reid Funeral Home, Ashland, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday. Interment will be in Woodland Cemetery, Ashland. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the Ashland Volunteer Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 545, Ashland, Va. 23005.
