CLARENCE R. LOWMAN

Clarence Robert Lowman, 68, of the 100 block of Homecrest Blvd., died Feb. 3, 1996, in his residence.

A native of Richmond, he was a retired merchant seaman and a Navy veteran of World War II.

Survivors include his mother, Nannie Mae Faulkner Trueblood of Portsmouth; two sons; and a brother, Earl G. Lowman of Portsmouth.

A memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, by the Rev. Robert Danner. The family will receive friends at 8 Bradley Ave., Portsmouth.
