Regarding the major players in the Canadian Football League team's prospects in this area, I think Robert Smithwick, Norfolk's director of development, et al. should consider another line of work if they can't visualize a potentially family-fostering, healthy endeavor burgeoning right here and not far from the shadows of the big National Football League.
I bet there were more worst-case scenarios pitched than were possibly good-case ones. So negative, so hell-bent in not rocking the established elite's world view; so pushy, too.
