Minnie E. Hodge, 95, of the 700 block of Craig St., died Feb. 2, 1996, in her home.
Mrs. Hodge, the widow of Umphs Hodge, was a native of Franklin County, N.C. She was a member of the Holiness Church for over 75 years.
Survivors include a son, Leroy Hodge of Chesapeake and wife, Alease Hodge of Chesapeake; 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and a host of loving relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by daughters Roberta Perry, Ruth Mae Sessoms and Helen Hodge.
The funeral will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in New St. Mark Holiness Church, Norfolk, by Bishop Henry D. Hedgepeth. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. The family will be at the residence. Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake, is in charge.
