William C. Paul, 74, formerly of Portsmouth, died Saturday, Feb. 3, 1996.
He was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Portsmouth and a former employee of the Norfolk Naval Shipyard.
Survivors include his wife, Hannah Paul; two daughters, Cynthia Gail Whetstone of Manassas Park and Deborah Teresa Ferner of Sylvania, Ohio; a son, William Kevin Paul of Richmond; and five grandchildren.
A graveside service will be today at 2 p.m. in Olive Branch Cemetery, Portsmouth. Storke Funeral Home, Bowling Green, is handling arrangements.
