After speaking for two bills that were defeated Thursday, Del.
Robert G. Marshall, R-Prince William, slunk over to Coffin Corner
where some Democrats hang out and offered not to speak on any of
their issues if they'd put money in his paper bag. They eagerly
complied until the speaker of the house put a stop to such
shenanigans. Marshall then enriched the House flower fund.
