Richard Boyd ``Dickie'' Davis, 45, formerly of South Norfolk, died Jan. 9, 1996. A memorial service was held in Wayne, Mich.
Mr. Davis was a 1968 graduate of Oscar Smith High School in Chesapeake, and a member of the wrestling team. In recent years, he was employed as a land surveyor in Michigan.
Survivors include his father, Richard B. Davis of Creswell, N.C.; two sons, Jason and Eric Davis of River Rouge, Mich.; two daughters, Jillian and Marissa Davis of River Rouge; a brother, Robert B. ``Bobby'' Davis of Virginia Beach; a sister, Mary Ann Davis Keating of Williamsburg; his former wife, Mrs. Cathy Davis of River Rouge; and his fiance, Ms. Kristen M. Fadoir. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home provided information.
