A suspect believed to be linked to the November shooting death of a Norfolk man has been charged with murder, police spokesman Larry Hill said.
Lewis C. Walton of the 800 block of Charlotte St. is suspected of slaying Benjamin Wilborn, 27, inside Wilborn's home in the 6300 block of Partridge Street on Nov. 30.
Police located Walton, 24, in the Norfolk City Jail, where he was being held on another charge. He was charged Thursday with capital murder, robbery and two counts of using a firearm in a felony.
