Cenie P. Mizelle, 92, of 520 U.S. Highway 17 N., died Friday Feb. 9, 1996, at the Brian Center Health and Rehabilitation of Windsor following a long illness.
A native of Bertie County, born Feb. 1, 1904, Mrs. Mizelle was the widow of D.R. Mizelle. She was a member of Greens Cross Baptist Church.
Surviving are her son, Lloyd G. Mizelle; as well as two grandchildren, Diane and Mark; and a great-grandchild, Jamee, all of Windsor.
The funeral will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Greens Cross Baptist Church with the Rev. Barry Jimmerson and the Rev. Ken Bunch officiating. Interment will be in Edgewood Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Walker Funeral Home from 7 to 9 p.m. today and at other times from the residence of Lloyd and Luella Mizelle at 522 U.S. Highway 17 N., Windsor, N.C.
