Dolores Goodwin Hayes Lyons, 68, of Route 2, died Feb. 7, 1996, at Richland Memorial Hospital.
She was a retired nursing assistant from Cheraw Nursing Home. She was a native of Norfolk and the daughter of the late Thomas L. and Mary Justice Goodwin Sr.
Survivors include two sons, Terry L. Lyons of Cheraw, William D. Hayes of Petersburg, Va.; three daughters, Karen H. Nickerson of Indianapolis, Belinda M. Hayes of Cheraw, Kathleen H. Morris of Morven, N.C.; two brothers, Thomas L. Goodwin Jr. of Virginia Beach, George A. Goodwin of Ocean View, Va.; two sisters, Elizabeth Lamm of Virginia Beach, Carolyn Hanna of Norfolk; five grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. today in Midway Baptist Church, Cheraw. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Memorials may be sent to Alzheimers Association, P.O. Box 7044, Columbia, S.C. 29202. Norton Funeral Home, Cheraw, is in charge of arrangements.
