IRENE D. WADE

Irene Denton Wade, 64, of the 5900 block of Bertrand St., died Sunday, Feb. 11, 1996, in a Portsmouth hospital.

She was a native of North Carolina.

Survivors include her husband, Leland C. Wade; a daughter, Rose Merry Tuazon of Chesapeake; two sons, Michael Lee Wade of Portsmouth and William Lee Wade of Chesapeake; three sisters, Lula Bobbitt, Violet Woodlief and Anna Florence Morton and two brothers, Arthur Denton and Luther Denton, all of North Carolina; four grandchildren, Kimberly Tuzan, Andy Tuazon, both of Chesapeake, Dayna Abbott of Carrollton, Va., and Donavon Wade of Chesapeake.

A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, by the Rev. Robert Danner and the Rev. Marilyn Danner. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday.
