A teenager was shot and killed in the Huntersville neighborhood early Wednesday, and police were looking for suspects and a motive.
He was identified as 17-year-old Dennis Babb of the 200 block of W. 35th St., police said.
Police were called to the 800 block of Fremont St. at 4:07 a.m. after receiving calls about shots being fired.
When they arrived, they found Babb's body in the street. He was pronounced dead at 4:25 a.m. No arrests had been made.
