Emilie Larissa Patijn will be Queen Azalea for the 43rd

International Azalea Festival, to be held April 17-21 in Norfolk.

Patijn, 23, from Rotterdam, the Netherlands, attended a news

conference Wednesday for the event, which each year salutes the

nations in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization.
