Noah T. ``Dick'' Felton Jr., 75, of the 4700 block of Sondej Ave., died Feb. 16, 1996, in his residence.
He was a native of Eure, N.C., and the widower of Lucy E. Felton. He was retired from the Norfolk Naval Shipyard where he worked as a shipfitter. He was a member of Indiana United Methodist Church, Chesapeake.
He is survived by a son, Timothy C. Felton of Hampton; two sisters, Gertrude Smith of Eure, N.C., and Alene Everett of Franklin, Va.; and a brother, Atmill Felton of Eure, N.C.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday in Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, by the Rev. Malcolm Yaple. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday from 5 to 7 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to Indiana United Methodist Church.
