Robert L. Thompson, 67, died Feb. 13, 1996 in Hamilton, Ala.
Thompson, who was born in Newport, Ky., retired as a window technician after 30 years of service.
He is survived by his wife, Vivian Thompson of Brilliant, Ala.; two daughters, Sandra Nelson of Windsor, Va. and Christine Kaul of Spring Valley, Ca.; two sons, Robert L. Thompson Jr. of Norfolk, David Thompson of Chesapeake; and eight grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel today from 1 to 3 p.m. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
