WASHINGTON BOROUGH

Armed robbery, 1700 block of Parkview Drive, Bon Air Cleaners. After the suspect demanded money, the clerk stuffed bills in a pillow case. Description of suspect: black male, 6-feet-1-inch, 180 pounds, medium complexion, short hair, clean shaven, wore blue jeans and a brown down-filled jacket. Jan. 12.

Armed robbery, 1400 block of Greenbrier Parkway. The victim was walking in the mall parking lot when he was struck on the head and threatened with what appeared to be a gun. The suspect demanded money, then struck the victim a second time. Description of suspect: black male. 6-feet, early 20s, thin build, wore dark clothing. Jan. 13.

Armed robbery, 1700 block of S. Military Highway. The victim was getting out of her car when a man snatched her purse. Description of suspect, black male, 6-feet, 175 pounds, wore a blue plaid shirt and a baseball cap. Jan. 15.

Residential burglary, 1100 block of Loxdell Court. Missing: McCulloch Weedeater and blower, Orbital car waxer, two Plano tackle boxes, two fishing poles and other fishing equipment. Between Dec. 27 and Jan. 10.

Grand larceny, 1700 block of S. Military Highway, Riddle Acura. Missing: Kenwood stereo. Jan. 11 or 12.

Grand larceny, 900 block of Ventures Way, American Fleet. Missing: 1985 Chevrolet pickup, beige, license GST-359. Jan. 16 or 17.

WESTERN BRANCH BOROUGH

(Suburban area west of Portsmouth)

Attempted armed robbery, Dunedin Drive at St. Clair Road. While the victims were walking, two armed men approached. While the suspects searched for valuables, they were frightened away by an oncoming vehicle. Description of suspects: No. 1, black male, 16, 5-feet-10-inches, 175 pounds, wore a snow camouflage jacket with hood and black pants. No. 2, black male, 16, 6-feet-2-inches, 180 pounds, wore a woodland camouflage jacket with hood and dark pants. Both suspects wore black wrap-around ski masks. Jan. 15.

Residential burglary, 4000 block of Sun Valley Crescent. Missing: silver bracelet, green tackle box and collector's coins. Between Jan. 11 and 13.

Grand larceny, 1500 block of Odman Drive. Missing: Radio Shack compact disc player, 10 compact discs and seven audio cassettes. Jan. 14.

Commercial burglary, 4200 block of Terry Drive, Western Branch High School. Four portable classrooms were entered. Missing: Texas Instruments overhead computer calculator. Between Jan. 12 and 16.

Grand larceny, 4200 block of Terry Drive, Western Branch High School. Missing: stereo/cassette player and two speakers. Jan. 16.

Grand larceny, 4100 block of Prindle Court. Missing: ladies' wallet and a work badge. Jan. 13.

Grand larceny, 4000 block of Scotchwood Court. Missing: currency. Jan. 17 or 18.

Armed robbery, 4000 block of Holly Ave. While in a residence, the four victims were assaulted by four men, one of whom was armed. Money and valuables were taken. The four black male suspects are known as ``Rah Rah,'' ``Ant,'' ``Dennis'' and ``Little Gangster.'' Jan. 19.
