Estelle Biggs, 86, of the 100 block of Allard Road, died Feb. 18, 1996, in Maryview Hospital.
Mrs. Biggs, the widow of Bonnie Biggs, was a member of Third Baptist Church.
Survivors include three cousins, Mary Williams, James Turner and Edith Cromwell; and other relatives and friends.
The funeral will be conducted at noon Friday at Third Baptist Church by the Rev. Leo Whitaker. Burial will be in Olive Branch Cemetery. The family will assemble at 1203 Tazewell St., Portsmouth. Fisher Funeral Home is in charge.
