Ruth Ellen Wenskay Marbach, 75, of the 1200 block of River Oaks Drive, died Feb. 20, 1996, in her residence.
She was a retired secretary and a native of Dearborn, Mich. She was the widow of Louis R. Marbach and a member of Christ Lutheran Church, where she was a former organist. She was a volunteer at Lake Taylor Hospital.
She is survived by three daughters, Ruth Uffer of Altaloma, Calif., Kathleen L. Guyton of Norfolk, and Terri L. Marbach of Long Beach, Calif.; son, Robert C. Marbach; a sister; three brothers; eight grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday by the Rev. Elmer Medley in Christ Lutheran Church. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will be at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, today from 7 to 9:30 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to Christ Lutheran Church.
