Shirley Maxine Trover Rose, 65, of the 5500 block of Daniel Smith Road, died Monday, Feb. 19, 1996.
She was the daughter of the late Harry Walter Trover and Jennie Ann WOods Trover, and the widow of the late Lewis Richard Rose. Mrs. Rose was born Sept. 19, 1930, in New Castle, Pa. and a homemaker.
She is survived by a son, Edward James Groton of Virginia Beach; three daughters, Barbara Ann Wood of Clarkston, Ga., Tracey Lynn Weegar of Newnan, S.C., Cheryl McGaha of Pickens, S.C.; sister, Sarah Jane Stewart of Mannungton, W.Va.; and five grandchildren.
Private services will be held at a later date. The family asks that memorial donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association. Kellum Funeral Home, Bonney Road Chapel, is in charge.
