HENDERSON W. BLOW

Bishop Henderson W. Blow, 77, of 200 Cobb St., died Feb. 19, 1996, in Obici Hospital after a long illness.

Bishop Blow was a native of Boykins, Va. He retired from Newport News Shipyard after a number of years. He was the Bishop of Unity Prince of Peace Holiness Church. He was predeceased by his mother, Mary Stephenson; his father, Miles D. Blow; and his wife, Beulah M. Rogers.

Survivors include two sons, Cola Lee Rogers of Seaboard, N.C., and Wallace Blow Jr. of Norfolk; two daughters, Clarine Moseley of Franklin and Mary C. Crear of Franklin; two brothers, Elmer Blow of Newport News and Leslie Blow of Gates, N.C.; five sisters, Virginia Newsome of Portsmouth, and Roxanna Brown, Nannie Carter, Nancy Branch and Josephine Saunders, all of Franklin; three grandchildren; and one great grandchild.

A funeral service will be conducted by Elder Clifton Lathan at 1 p.m. Saturday at Elvin Vaughan Funeral Home. Burial will be in Southview Cemetery.
