Lillian Bannerman died Feb. 19, 1996. She was a native of Portsmouth.
Survivors include a daughter, Ruby J. Belvey of Philadelphia, son, Theodore ``Ted'' R. Arrington of Norfolk; a host of other loving family and friends.
A funeral service will be held today from 6 to 8 p.m., at the Vine Memorial Baptist Church, 56th and Girard Avenue, Philadelphia. Burial will be in the Mount Lawn Cemetery on Saturday.
