SAMUEL TROTTER

Samuel Trotter, 54, of the 100 block of Avondale Road, died Feb. 22, 1996, in Maryview Hospital, Portsmouth.

Mr. Trotter, a pest control technician, worked for the city of Chesapeake for five years. He was a native of Nansemond County, Va.

Survivors include his wife, Eloise H. Trotter; four daughters, Cathy Pindell, Vandora Taylor, Bridget Taylor and Flora Taylor, all of Portsmouth; four sons, Bernard W. Taylor and Austin F. Taylor, both of Portsmouth, and two other sons of Washington, D.C.; his mother, Lucy Trotter of Portsmouth; two sisters, Lucy Mae Trotter of Suffolk and Alice Trotter of Salisbury, Md.; a brother, Odell Trotter of Salisbury; 11 grandchildren; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, and friends.

The funeral will be conducted at noon Wednesday at Corprew Funeral Home Chapel by Bishop John T. Reid. Burial will be in Pentecostal Holiness Church Cemetery, Churchland, Portsmouth. Viewing at the funeral home will begin at noon Tuesday.
