Edward Randall Sr., 80, of the 2500 block of Markham St., died Feb. 22, 1996, in Portsmouth General Hospital.
Mr. Randall, a retired forklift operator, worked for Georgia Pacific Lumber Company for 34 years. He was a native of Portsmouth and the widower of Mamie Randall.
Survivors include two daughters, Edna M. Randall of Portsmouth, Rosa L. Carter of Norfolk; a son, Edward Randall Jr. of Portsmouth; two sisters, Julia Phares and Catherine Jones, both of Portsmouth; 16 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by a son, Walter Randall.
The funeral will be conducted at noon Tuesday at Corprew Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Charles L. Yancey. Burial will be in Lincoln Memorial Cemetery, Portsmouth. Viewing at the funeral home will begin at 10 a.m. Monday.
