AEI-Risk Management Services, a computer data recovery business in Chesapeake has formed a business alliance with Ontrack Data Recovery, a provider of data recovery and protection services and software.

Mikell S. Wright has acquired a business license to operate Meeting Management Unlimited, a meeting and event planning service, in Portsmouth.

Aubrey Jackson & Associates merged last October with Ballou Justice & Upton & Associates in its International Parkway office in Virginia Beach. H. Aubrey Jackson serves as the director of architecture for the Hampton Roads office.

ACQUISITIONS

Harbor Group Real Estate in Norfolk acquired the Peninsula Professional Building in the Oyster Point Business Park area of Newport News. The 30,000-square-foot building was purchases for $2.2 million. Harbour Group Management Co. will provide property management for the property.

HONORS, AWARDS

Progressive Graphics Inc. in Virginia Beach received the ``Dietz'' award from the Printing Industries of Virginia for the highest quality of custom printed products for printers in Virginia with 15-35 employees and two and four color presses.

NAME CHANGES

Miller-Stephenson & Associates in Virginia Beach has changed its engineering firm's name to MSA. The firms ownership and management structure is unchanged.
