A 37-year-old man was found shot in his home early Sunday and died a short time later in a hospital.
The victim was identified as Cecil King of the 500 block of Normandy St.
Police were called to that area about 3 a.m. for a report that shots had been fired. When they arrived, residents sent them to King's home. Inside, they found him injured.
Police are looking for a man described as black, in his early 20s, about 5 feet 8 inches tall and wearing blue jeans and a dark hooded sweatshirt. He was seen leaving the area in the early morning hours.
