RALPH BUTLER

Ralph Butler, 65, of the 9600 block of 10th Bay St., died Feb. 25, 1996, in Norfolk.

He was a retired Boatswains Mate 2nd Class for the U.S. Navy. Mr. Butler was a native of Luzerne, Pa., and a Catholic. He was a Navy veteran of World War II, Korea, and Vietnam.

He is survived by two sisters, Josephine Wachala of Bloomfield, N.J., and Anita Magera of Ashley, Pa.; devoted friend, Ellen Shaw of Norfolk; and other special friends, Buddy Shaw, John Shaw and Linda Simpson.

A funeral will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel. Burial will be at sea by the U.S. Navy. The family will be at the funeral home Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m., prior to the service. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of one's choice.
