Rosa Carter, of the 800 block of West 42nd St., died Feb. 26, 1996, in a local hospital.
She is a a native of Mathews, Va.
She is survived by her husband, Arthur Carter; two brothers, Winston Brooks of Mathews, Va., and Oscar Brooks of Louisiana.
A funeral will be conducted at noon Thursday by the Rev. Frank Guns in Abyssinia Baptist Church. Burial is in Roosevelt Memorial Park. Friends may join the family at the residence. Graves Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
