Leona S. Kelley, of the 1200 block of Five Points Road, died Monday Feb. 26, 1996, at Virginia Beach Health and Rehabilitation Center.
She was a native of Columbus, a retired sales person of Gilbert Shoe Company, and a graduate of Ohio State Dental Assistant School. Mrs. Kelley was the widow of Colonel Edgar D. Kelley, D.D.S. and was a member of Grandview Trinity Methodist Church.
She is survived by her son, Ronald L. Swan of Virginia Beach; her step-daughter Mrs. Eleanor Bowers of Laurelville, Ohio; her brother William P. Blankenship of Columbus; grandchildren Ronald Jr. and Stephen Swan of Virginia Beach, Christopher Swan of Herndon, Va.; and four great-grandchildren.
Burial will be in Paraskala Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are pending. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments Laskin Road Chapel is handling arrangements.
