Frances Taylor Ramsey Frazier, age 70, died Feb. 26, 1996. She was born in Lynchburg, Va.
She is survived by her husband, Thomas Ransom Frazier Jr.; two daughters, Mary Frances Ramsey Prickitt of Roanoke and Anne Frazier Vanderberry of Norfolk; two sons, Robert Douglas Ramsey III of Richmond and Thomas Ransom Frazier III of Chino, Calif.; also three brothers, Cecil W. Taylor, James D. Taylor and Robert B. Taylor; and a sister, Harriet T. Ramsey, all of Lynchburg; and nine grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today at the Parham Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 1771 Parham Road, Richmond. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at Reveille United Methodist Church in Richmond. Interment will be in Greenwood Memorial Gardens.
Family suggests that memorial be made to the American Lung Association.
