Charles Wesley Mosher, 80, of the 1500 block of Mill Dam Road, died Feb. 25, 1996.
He was born in West Chester County, N.Y. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and a member of American Legion Post 139 in Arlington, Va. He was plumber at Fairfax Hospital.
He is survived by his wife, Eleanor G. Mosher; two daughters, Betty Holmes of Jacksonville, Fla., Lucy Hall of Chantilly, Va.; a son, Charles Clatterbuck of Fairfax, Va.; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be Thursday at noon at Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel, the Rev. Thomas P. Reynolds presiding. The family will receive friends in the funeral home today from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m.
