Taylor Storm Moser, infant daughter of Brent H. Moser and Dawn M. Flanagan, died Feb. 26, 1996, in Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.
Other survivors include her paternal grandparents, Cliff and Jo Moser, both of Chesapeake; her maternal grandparents, William Jack Flanagan of Norfolk and Joanne Flanagan of Chesapeake; her paternal great-grandparents, Mildred Whitacre of Berne, Ind., and Irene Fogle of Bryant, Ind.; her maternal great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Parker of Wachapreague, Va.; her aunt, Amanda Moser, and her uncle, Brian Flanagan, both of Chesapeake.
A graveside service will be conducted at 10 a.m., Thursday at Chesapeake Memorial Gardens by the Rev. Brad Phillips. There will be no viewing or visitation. Oman Funeral Home, Great Bridge, is handling arrangements.
