Jason W. Scruggs, 26, of 410 Big Leaf Circle, died Feb. 27, 1996.
Jason was a native of Virginia Beach.
Survivors include his mother, Helen G. Scruggs, his father, Ernest W. Scruggs, his stepmother, Verna L. Scruggs, all of Virginia Beach; one brother, Craig O. Scruggs of Breckenridge, Colo.; one stepbrother, Stephen Cullotta of New Orleans; and a stepsister, Angelina Cullotta of Virginia Beach.
A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday at H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Laskin Road Chapel, by Chaplain Brad Hill. Burial will be private at Eastern Shore Chapel Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Virginia Beach Rescue Squad.
