GARLAND R. LEWIS JR.

Garland R. ``Randy'' Lewis Jr., 52, passed away Sunday, Feb. 25, 1996, in Bristol, Fla.

He was a native of Norfolk and lived in Panama City since 1982. Mr. Lewis was a retired Senior Master Sergeant of the United States Air Force after 28 years of service, a Veteran of Vietnam, and received the Distinguish Flying Cross. He was also employed by the State of Florida Department of Corrections and serving as a Sergeant at Liberty County Work Camp on Bristol, served on the Directors Staff at the Shaddai Shrine Temple in Panama City and was of the Baptist Faith.

Survivors include his wife, Rose M. Lewis of Panama City, Fla.; a son, Garland R. Lewis, III, of Panama City; two daughters, Roxanne L. Cliott and Rhonda M. Lewis, both of Panama City, Fla.; his father, Garland R. Lewis, Sr. of Portsmouth, Va.; and a grand-daughter, Melissa Nichole Hightower of Panama City.

Services will be held Friday, at 2p.m. at Magnolia Funeral Home Chapel in Bristol, Fla. Magnolia Funeral Home in Bristol, Fla. in charge of arrangements.
