Susie B. Mantley, 94, of the 1100 block of Wilson Road, died Feb. 27, 1996, in Chesapeake.
She was a native of Norfolk County and a former member of First Baptist Church Berkley. She was retired out of New York after many years.
She is survived by a niece, Evelyn Fisher of Portsmouth; nephew, Carlton Smith of Maryland; six great-nieces, Mrs. Joycelyn Bullock of New York, Mrs. Carlene Thombs of New York, Mrs. Jacquelyn White of Chesapeake, Mrs. Delores C. Joyner of Chesapeake, Mrs. Beverly Harris of Virginia Beach and Ms. Ira Boone of Norfolk.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday by the Rev. Little in Pretlow and Sons Funeral Chapel, Chesapeake. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park, Chesapeake.
