Henry Irving Patrick, 91, died Feb. 27, 1996, in a Virginia Beach Hospital.
He was a retired serviceman for Sears, where he was employed for 25 years. He was the widower of Gladys S. Patrick and a native of Skinnerville Township, N.C. He was a member of Virginia Heights Baptist Church and also several hunt clubs.
He is survived by a stepdaughter, Gwendolyn Miller Reams and son-in-law, Jack Reams of Norfolk; sister, Mary Liles of Jacksonville, Fla.; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday by the Rev. George T. Boyd in Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel. Burial is in Rosewood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends in Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, Friday from 4 to 5 p.m. Donations may be made to a charity of choice.
