Robert Owens Costigan Sr., 84, of John Knox Towers, died Friday, March 1, 1996, in a local hospital.
He was born in Olympia, Ky., and was retired. Mr. Costigan was a member of Maysville, Ky., Masonic Lodge (NU)52.
Survivors include his beloved wife, Ann Nourot Costigan; two daughters, Sherry H. Gutermuth of Virginia Beach and Jane C. Wilson of Chesapeake; son, Robert O. Costigan Jr. of Marietta, Ga.; sister, Hellen H. Costigan of Norfolk; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
A graveside funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in Forest Lawn Cemetery by the Rev. Roy P. White. Cox Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
