This is a Cyclone Sr. camera manufactured by Western Camera Co. The
name J.R. Williams and the date June 1898 are handpainted inside the
camera. It's one example of some of the history that is being
collected for the Chesapeake Historical Museum and Information
Center being constructed in the old Portlock School on Bainbridge
Boulevard. Museum organizers are asking for donations toward the
