POTOMAC, Md. - Virginia Morris Kincaid passed away on Friday, Feb. 23, 1996.

She was the wife of the late Capt. Earle Hill Kincaid; mother of Virginia-Earle Huschke; sister of Bertha M. Bishop and Annette M. Hall, both of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; and grandmother of Peter and Lisa Earle Huschke.

Services will be held at Fort Myer Chapel, Arlington, Va., on Wednesday, March 6, at 10 a.m. Interment will be in Arlington National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Virginia Morris Kincaid Foundation, c/o First National Bank of Maryland-D.C., East Tower, Suite 330, 555 13th Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20004. Joseph Gawler's Son, Washington, D.C., is in charge of the arrangements.
